Speech & Communication – Client Agreement

Talk the Talk Online Course

This agreement is entered into between Speech & Communication ("The Company") and the above-named client ("The Client").

1. Program Commitment & Confidentiality

We are committed to providing your child with a positive and supportive learning experience through the Talk the Talk program. By enrolling, you agree to support your child’s participation in the course and to uphold the values of respect, privacy, and integrity as outlined in this agreement.

You agree not to share login details or course content with others, and to ensure that materials are used only by the enrolled student for the intended purpose.

2. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All course content, including videos, worksheets, voiceovers, and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of Speech & Communication.

You agree to:

  • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials outside your household.
  • Use the content solely for your enrolled child’s personal educational use.
  • Keep all shared techniques, frameworks, and downloads confidential.
  • Not modify or resell any program materials.

Unauthorised use or sharing of course content may result in legal action. Any confidential ideas, systems, or teaching methods shared by Hannah Jones or her team remain the intellectual property of the Company.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full or via the approved payment plan at time of enrolment.
  • Payment plans are a financial commitment to the full course cost, not a subscription. You are responsible for all payments regardless of how much of the course is used.

4. Refund Policy

This is a non-refundable program. Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access upon enrolment, no refunds will be issued. By enrolling, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

5. Late Payments

If a payment plan is in place, it is your responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time. Late payments may incur a 3% per day interest fee after a 3-day grace period. If the account becomes more than 30 days overdue, the Company reserves the right to engage a debt recovery service, and any associated fees will be added to the outstanding balance.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel this agreement within 3 business days of enrolment by 5:00 PM AEST with no penalty. After that period, cancellation will not release you from the financial obligations of the program.

7. What’s Included

Your enrolment in Talk the Talk includes:

  • Full access to 10 self-paced online modules
  • Downloadable and printable course workbook
  • Optional parent support prompts
  • Lifetime access to course content for personal use

What’s not included:

  • 1:1 coaching or live group calls unless separately agreed
  • Individual feedback or editing of student recordings

8. Final Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Speech & Communication. No other verbal or written representations apply unless updated in writing by both parties.
